I strongly object to this bill, 

In these times of hardship, the thought of 36 extra parasites purporting to work for Welsh government is abhorrent. The money already wasted by Welsh government should have been invested in projects to enhance Welsh lives not on their vanity projects. Eg. Brynglas tunnel by pass, road maintenance, health service, ambulances etc.
